  • What is the difference with energy gels?

    They work exactly the same. The XACT ENERGY are a tasty alternative.

  • Are the Energy vegan?

    Yes they are, we do not use any gelatin in our products. The main ingredient is real fruit pulp.

  • Do you have other products than Energy?

    We will have protein wafers, plant-based protein wafers and electrolytes tablets. They will be available through 2022.

Shipping

  • Will I receive a tracking code?

    Every order has a tracking code for shipping. After 4 business days, you still haven't received one, write us and we will make sure you receive it.

  • How long before my order ship?

    We usually ship orders between 1 to 3 business days.

  • Is it possible to locally pick up my order?

    Unfortunately, we can't receive any costumer to our facilities. Our warehouse is strickly managed to ensure the product quality so we cannot receive anybody for now.
